With over 15 years in operations and program leadership, Ellie has established a proven track record of managing complex programs, leading effective teams, and turning broad strategic goals into real, tangible results across a range of industries. She is a graduate of Wesleyan University and is based in Manhattan Beach, CA, where she lives with her husband and three children. When she’s not helping organizations navigate change, Ellie enjoys traveling and playing tennis.
