With over 25 years of experience across the M&A lifecycle, Dave brings deep expertise in sell-side preparation, buyer positioning, and post-close value creation. He spent over four years at Point B Inc. where he built and led the firm’s Private Equity Consulting Services practice, supporting PE clients across the full deal cycle while also serving as a member of the firm’s venture fund, Point B Capital. He was previously a leader in Gerson Lehrman Group’s North American Financial Services business, and began his career in capital markets at Bank of America Securities.
Dave lives in Los Angeles with his wife and daughter. An avid triathlete and skier, he also serves on the Board of Changeist, a youth nonprofit he’s supported for over 10 years, and loves spending time on the beaches + trails running with his daughter.
